Here's what 99.99% of the world doesn't care about (first):
No one is impressed that AI can explain quantum physics, or write poetry better than Shakespeare, or create realistic looking art...
I mean...yes, these feats really are amazing.
But is your life any better off than before?
Why is nobody teaching us how to use this unbelievable new technology?

And we're certainly not meant to sit and stare at a computer screen either.
To me, this is when AI becomes most useful...when its doing stuff thats really boring.
I let my AI tools handle the most boring, mundane tasks that I absolutely despise doing. Those soul sucking to-do lists that waste 20 minutes of your life here, 30 minutes there.
They're the best use case for AI.
Things like:
Figuring out what on Earth to eat tonight.
Organizing documents before a meeting.
Writing that awkward email you've been avoiding.
Creating that diet or workout plan you have trouble sticking to.
THIS is where AI begins to change your life. It erases the constant decision fatigue we all suffer from, day in and day out.
Boring AI becomes our “easy button” for all the things we know we need to do, but can't stand doing. It's a personal assistant that never gets tired or complains, and who's salary costs less than a Chic-fil-a sandwich.
Today, I want you to use ChatGPT again, but this time we're going to give it 1 really boring task.
Pick ONE of these below (whichever benefits your life most today):
Option A — Meal planning:
Give me 5 easy dinner ideas using (insert your favorite ingredients here). Keep them under 30 minutes to cook.
Option B — Email you've been avoiding:
Write a short, polite email to (insert person & your relationship to them here) asking them to (insert thing you need them to do or want to tell them).
Option C — Decision you're stuck on:
I'm trying to decide between (insert option 1) and (insert option 2). Ask me thoughtful questions to help me think through this decision. Then give me the pros and cons for each.
Option D — Something you've wanted to learn:
Teach me the basics of (insert topic or skill). Start simple, assume I know nothing. When I'm ready, give me an itemized list of things to study or do that help me learn more.
How to Do This:
Let’s open up ChatGPT and click “start a new conversation.”
Pick one option above (or all of them if you're feeling ambitious). Copy and paste the prompt I provided…and edit it however you want to.
Have your first useful conversation with AI.
Do these 3 steps first. Go back and forth until you're satisfied with the result.
Then come back to this email and we'll wrap it up.
